Very overestimated! A search for extreme originality that results badly with very disappointing desserts; for dishes, all served almost without accompaniment, between a tataki of tuna without flavor and a black paved of Bigorre atrocement dry ... it is frankly disappointing. Add to this a particularly salty addition for the region ... summarizes an entire address that plays bobo ... to avoid!
