the reception in the maurachbund is more than warm. the ladies of the service team are flink, charming and fulfill wish, even before they were pronounced:-) on the menu everyone finds the right for the gusto - fresh bottom sea crispy, fine spasm dishes, homemade tortellini with beard pitches, juicy steaks with truffle potato puree (mmh!) etc.
we have to buy at two visits long waiting times. we were then compensated for by the good eating, but a unguterine impression remained. the personal tried to relax through devotional, great service that through the waiting irritated atmosphere, which he also succeeded. otherwise there is only good to report about eating.
on the search for good-bourgeois we have landed here and have not regretted it. operation fast and courteous, ambiente cozy, eat solid and very good. we can recommend it all around. a point to go, because the thorny roast was still too **** after mine.
small fine dining house in the center of bregenz. something hidden in a small street with old buildings. very good bourgeois kitchen. but there are also special like asparagus,super citizens. depending on season. very nice service.
