Food somehow looked amazing and yet tasted the opposite. Spent over $60 this morning, only to have a sip of the horrific ‘chocolate frappe’ that was just a Milo milkshake and the food had so much sugar it was sickening. We love sugar and chocolate, hence choosing this place to eat today, was very disappointing having to walk out with plates not even half eaten and a total of two sips taken from the full drinks. So I just walked in 16.50 on a Sunday, store is open but apparently not for 'business ' I went to order and the lady behind the counter just said we are not taking orders without further explanations as if it 's just temporarily for 10 min or what. I should add there 's only 2 people sitting inside so it 's not like it 's because they are overwhelmed. Service here is getting worst day by day, it 's not the 1st time i had a bad experience here
Tonight this Max Brenner's was seriously understaffed, the blonde girl and young gentlemen was working tirelessly. We waited over 1hour for our order. This is far too long, the staff really tried hard. Management clearly need a rethink on how many people are on. I run a Cafe in Townsville which is just as busy, it is absolutely diabolical to have two staff on when it's that busy. Managements fault clearly

This is a chocolate themed cafe. Chocolate everywhere. If you're a chocoholic, this is the place for you. I stop in occasionally for a coffee but I'm disappointed with the cup sizes being way too small. The coffee cups have a weird lip that creates a groove in the cup. This greatly reduces the volume of coffee you actually get. I'll be trying elsewhere from now on. Service: Dine in
Was in the other day, and was looked after by Maddie, she was exceptional, you guys are lucky to have someone like her on board! She made us feel so welcome and the vibes and coffee/chocolate were on point! Keep it up y'all! Meal type: Other Price per person: A$40–60
