Im Rahmen der Kochsternstunden war ich im Max Louis und habe dort das Vier-Gänge-Menü genossen. Insgesamt ist es ein wirklich schönes Restaurant: stilvoll eingerichtet, mit einer sehr angenehmen, stimmigen Atmosphäre. Der Service war aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und gut umsorgt. Geschmacklich waren alle Gänge durchweg lecker und handwerklich sauber umgesetzt. Besonders in Erinnerung geblieben sind mir der erste Gang mit Bachsaibling in verschiedenen Variationen sowie das Sellerieschaumsüppchen mit Rote-Beete-Ravioli, hier war am meisten Spannung, Vielfalt und Harmonie im Geschmack zu finden. We've been waving more often in Max Luis, but what was offered this time... The restaurant was not even half filled until the first appetizer (we had 3 courses) we have already waited for over 1 hour. The main dish came after 2h15min!!! That can taste the food as it wants, I'm served and have no understanding. The service was striving, but in the situation also something helpless. On Saturday we had ordered a nicely covered table for 6 people to celebrate my mother's birthday. The table was nicely covered. The waitress welcomed us kindly and accompanied us to the table. As an aperitif we ordered champagne and two Martini Bianco. But we have a Vermuth. When we spoke to the waitress, she said they had no martini and always serve Vermuth. Food and taste were excellent: Unfortunately, we only got an offer on request for the small guests, and unfortunately the waiting times for the food were undamaged with up to 75min.... atmosphere but very appealing
Nice ambience with nice staff, delicious food to enjoy. Worth his price. I find it particularly beautiful that the history of the building was included. All dishes were tastefully very good and something special.
It was just great. The location is modern and something else. The team is very sympathetic and the food was great. Everything in a sophisticated style. We felt very comfortable and will of course go back.:
