Maximilian - Table reservation

the restaurant is next to the lake bundesstraße. there is an inside area and a covered outside area. the traffic from the road is not to be heard. the menu is small but fine. the service very friendly and accommodating. the foods could be a little more spiced. the Hungarian gulasch with late zle was very good, but it would have been a little sharper. the leberknödel- and pressknödel supper tasted very good. over the adjacent camping site you reach the lake and landing station of the ships in maurach.

of the quality of eating we were rather disappointed. has been more at the level of a pommesbude for us. if you compare what fine, great burger there is in some meanwhile. For fast hunger, it is already possible, but I would not recommend that my friends say anything about it. The prices are simply too high.The Gyros cellar is not really enough to get fed up and is little lovingly prepared with the final sauce.Everything in all we can only follow a previous review with the comment: well.

if you are visibly non European, or wears a headscarf I would avoid the place, they dont have an English menu, the waiter (male old) acted very rudely and was very impatient in explaining to us and taking the order, first time for us to wittness that in Austria, when I handled him the credit card, he started mumbling in Austrian!

the food was delicious and the services on both days when we were there were extremely nice. the only thing that disturbed us was the wooden plate in which the goulash was served. he was a little unhygienic, because you don't get so clean.

I can only recommend it. staff very friendly. fantastic Hungarian flavors.
