We arrived there after dark..7.30 pm and had asked for a sunny balcony witch they gave us but it was up a spiral staircase with no handrail which my mother of 83 couldn’t manage. If I had known this would have happened.. I should have asked for ground floor. I went back to reception to change to ground floor but they said the hotel was full and we couldn’t move for 2 days..I didn’t know what to do! The receptionist went the extra mile and phoned various people for about 15 mins and we were given a superior Duplex apartment with a bathroom and toilet on both floors with no extra charge! We had 10 days in January,nice position,and generally pretty tidy hotel.The restaurant dress code and general rules are not upheld,we had done cruises so was used to constant use of of hand sanatizer in 2 weeks we never once saw anyone other than ourselves use it ,yet even the customer service manager accepted there were people picking up food by hand and putting it back when there are tongues to use.coronavirus was reported on well before our visit yet the management was not dealing with it,it is hardly surprising the coronavirus spread in Spain will threaten the tourist trade this year given this ineptitude and the much repeated Reheating of poor quality food at this hotel,it is not 4 star...
This restaurant is situated in Hotel Barcelo Fuertoventura which we booked half board, and surely I am glad I didnt book it full-board. The breakfast wasn't too bad, besides the coffee. The lunch and dinner didn't vary much from day to day. Everyday some pasta, rice, fried patato, paella (no sea food only paella! , chicken, pork or fish, some basic ingredients to created a salad, cooked broccoli, carrots, spinach and a large choice out of desserts. The food wasn't always cooked/baked/fried long enough or cooked too long. My deepest disappointment was that they didn't serve any traditional local dishes nor spanish dishes besides their famous sauce Mojo. Like written, I am glad we didn't book...
We used this restaurant twice daily. Found the food tasty and hot on all occasions. There was a huge variety and selection for all tastes. Can get a little busy and some rude people just skip in on front of a line of people for some reason!?! Otherwise very enjoyable- especially the deserts and chocolate fountain. Service was good and there were a few very nice friendly waiters. On one occasion our table was cleared and drinks taken when we were getting food, however this was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Some of the staff could be a little friendlier and more approachable. However- overall we really enjoyed it. It lived up to our expectations of 4 star food.

Overall pretty decent service but not as good as I expected from it's location in the Barcello Hotel. Most of the staff were efficient and friendly but one or or two left a bit to be desired. Generally the food was okay but I wasn't impressed by the lack of traditional Spanish or local Fuerteventuran dishes. For me there is plenty of room for improvement. Thankfully there are plenty of good quality restaurants within striking distance, for instance El Kapitan which is just across the the road.
We have just had three weeks at the Maxorata beach hotel. A great room, the superior junior suite. Very comfortable beds, good useful kitchen, large bathroom with shower over the bath. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Good pool bar with a wide choice. Easy access to the beach and town. Campanaria has good bars and a supermarket. A great holiday venue.
very good experience, all inclusive is the suggested packet, meal granted launch and dinner, different restorant and in one of them different food close to europe, asia and america one. bar open all time, service excelent and also the proposal activities are matched my curiosity visit country and take time to go on the beach. suggested
Great breakfast, above average all inclusive buffet for Dinner. This is the restaurant situated within the Barceló Hotel and serves most of its meals. Didn't realise people not staying there could come to eat, not sure why they would, given the excellent other options available in this resort!

Booked a cheap holiday and was u sure what to expect xx The too s were clean and tidy regularly cleaned . Helpful friendly staff. It was quiet and relaxing . In a good position for top of town and also for walking to shops on Main Street . Would definitely steely stay there again
