We ordered two pizzas, one medium and one small, along with cheese sticks, pepperoni, and cinnastix. Unfortunately, the toppings for the medium pizza were on the small pizza, and vice versa. Additionally, there was no pepperoni on the cheese sticks. I was disappointed by the mix-up in our order. When I called the number on the receipt, I was directed to a call center and not able to speak to someone at the store. This was not the customer service I expected. A $40 credit for a $60 order did not feel like adequate compensation for the inconvenience.
I will likely stop by Collinsville's Drive-Thru twice a month to pick up a stuffed crust pizza. It all started because my two-year-old grandson requested it, and I can't say no to him. The last few times I've visited, I've been greeted by Casandra at the window. She is the friendliest person I've encountered there. Casandra goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and has a cheerful personality. The pizza is delicious, but it's the outstanding service that will keep me coming back.
My partner and I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas for pick-up. Unfortunately, when we received our order, there was no cheese in the rolled crust as expected. After speaking with the manager about the mistake, she mentioned that it wasn't an accident. She did not offer to rectify the issue and simply brushed it off as accidental. Due to this experience, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
I love the buffet style of this restaurant. I enjoy being able to make my own choices. I particularly enjoy the variety of options such as the cheese, broccoli, tabbouleh, macaroni salad, sunflower seeds, and well-aged cheese on top of my salad. I also like adding cherry tomatoes and red peppers to my plate. And of course, I always have to have a slice of their delicious pizza or calzone.
