Disgusting! This restaurant is absolutely awful. The food tastes like windshield cleaner and the tea is subpar. The bathroom was a nightmare with roaches crawling around. The bacon was microwaved and not crispy, and you only get one slice. I even saw a roach in the kitchen. It makes me wonder if they are purposely keeping roaches as pets or trying to evolve them to adapt to different climates. Save yourself from this horror! My dog could cook better than this place. Maybe they'll have mosquitoes next.
I was very disappointed and unsatisfied with the presentation and quality of my order. This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and it did not meet my expectations. The potato soup was too oily and the grilled chicken was noticeably absent. Considering the price, I expected better quality. Having visited locations in Columbia and Charlotte, I believe the Rock Hill location should be embarrassed to serve food of this subpar quality.
One of our meals was ok at best (Luke warm food but looked good) the other was not portion it should have been and bread was close to burnt. One girl taking orders at register and over the phone, getting drinks and tending to everything at counter.
You can skip the line at the counter by using the app to place your order directly from your table. It's a convenient and quick way to dine.
