Tonight was the worst experience I've ever had at McAlister's. I ordered the new steak sandwich, but they were out of peppers so I asked for onions instead. They gave me huge onions for my half sandwich. The steak was extremely tough, even though I have perfect teeth. There was jelly on my bread and lettuce under my sandwich, which was not supposed to be there. The salad was terrible, with all the meat clumped together. Overall, it was an awful experience.
This restaurant is very clean, has friendly staff, quick service, and delicious food—overall a great experience. I was impressed as soon as I walked in; the place was spotless even during the busy dinner hours. We placed our orders for food and drinks, sat down, and were enjoying our meal within just 10 minutes. I tried the Angus roast beef sandwich with au jus sauce added, and if you appreciate flavorful food, this sandwich is definitely for you.

They made half my chicken Caesar salad with spinach. Spinach doesn?t go on chicken Caesar salads, it?s supposed to be entirely romaine. Then, the chicken strips on the salad were very thin made it very clear they used deli chicken (the thin slices that go on sandwiches) to use on my salad. Very disappointing Book a table now
Sometimes, it's refreshing to opt for a light meal like a salad, and McAlister's is a great choice for that. They offer a wide variety of salads, soups, and sandwiches. The staff at this location is friendly and attentive. The food was fresh, and the portions were quite generous.
I visited on Monday, May 17th, before the lunch rush. I was greeted by Tonya, who was friendly and very helpful. The food came out quickly, and the Reuben was especially fantastic. I have no complaints and highly recommend this place! Thank you, Tonya!
