We stopped here for a bite to eat while taking a break from our holiday shopping, and we were pleasantly surprised! The menu offered a wide variety of options, each one looking more appealing than the last. The young lady who served us was extremely friendly and welcoming, guiding us through the menu since it was our first visit. We opted for the Pecanberry Salad with Raspberry-Pecan Vinaigrette and a "choose 2" option featuring the McAlister’s Club and the Spud Max. Everything was freshly made, full of flavor, and the portion sizes were just right! We can’t wait to try more items on the menu the next time we’re in the area!
The restaurant was understaffed when we arrived at opening before the line had developed. It appeared they had staff float in just as the line grew to the front door entrance. We 3 had the roast beef aju, and they were outstanding in quantity and taste,but not quite hot enough. Overall, we were very satisfied! I think they have more on days than off days in the kitchenwith meat quantities. I had the chili a couple of weeks ago and was not impressed at all. I recommend they work on thatrecipe. I still rate this restaurant highly. Well worth the visit. Its also very clean and well kept. Thumbs up!
The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly, but I've noticed that ordering through their app for pickup and delivery has become quite inconsistent lately. In the past six weeks, I've received three incorrect orders. Unfortunately, when there's an issue with a delivery, the only options I get are a refund or reordering through the app, rather than having someone correct the order and deliver it, which isn't the best form of customer service. I believe it would be beneficial for them to double-check carryout and delivery orders against the receipt before bagging them up.
The first time I went I got a French dip sub that was amazing. The next time I went I got the same sandwich and it was disgusting. The au jus sauce was tasteless and the roast beef was so fatty I could not chew through it. And as expensive as thatplace is I am not giving them another chance. You would think a sandwich shop would understand consistency on food preparation.Staff was friendly so I?ll give them that. Book a table now
This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is consistently delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Every location I've been to has been clean and well-maintained. The menu offers a wonderful variety of combinations, so dining here is always exciting. We definitely need more locations! I've never been let down by any of my visits!
This was absolutely disgusting. We ordered two clubs neither one was toasted they both were soggy covered in tons of honey mustard. Order did not come with the pickle or the chips that we had ordered. The food took forever. We will not be ordering from here ever again.
Didn’t bring the New Yorker sandwich I ordered and paid for. A disgusting mayo-soaked turkey sandwich was sent instead. The Italian sub was ordinary. There’s no provision to customize the sandwich. Not recommended.
I had the delicious McAlister's Club Wrap, and it was fantastic! The ratio of meat to cheese was perfect. I could only manage to eat half of it. Thank you! Book a table now
