Ridiculously LAZY! A computer to take the order? WOW! And then... A place that is know for their SPUDS, and they're OUT of spuds (did the computer computer know that, no it still let me place a large order and drive there to pick up)! To be informed after my drive that they were out. But WAIT! they are located next door to a big box grocery store and yet they can't/won't go purchase spuds so they can complete orders. This place is poorly managed, not sure if it's the franchise owner or the corporation that has FAILED! NEVER again! I will NEVER come back to this or any other McAlister's location.
Their food is fantasti. I had the New Yorker sandwich and the Black Angus Roast beef spud. The Spud was cooked perfectly the skin was crispy pair's nicely with the Black Angus roast beef cheese and onions and it's a meal in its self. The New Yorker has Corned beef, pastrami thatvis hot and goes well with the Swiss and spicy brown mustard on toasted marbled rye. Best deli in Central Ohio by far.
The bottom of our bread bowl was moldy and we unfortunately we did not notice until it was mostly consumed. Management was uncaring and unhelpful. They offered us a free dessert instead of a refund. Total health hazard be cautious if you decide to eat here!!!
Food service were perfect. Friendly quick. Strange seeing the restaurant empty but it was only 530pm. New Yorker Chicken tortilla soup excellent. Wife's baked potato salad were perfect for her.
