WOW They have changed! I used to love eating at this place but times have changed! The first thing I heard when I walked in the door was the cook in the back telling the cashiers not to take any more orders. They had a lot of online orders that needed to be processed and the in store customers have to wait. They repeated the cook 's instructions to each customer over the next 30 minutes and most customers walked out. I was having the worst night ever everything has been extremely bad, I was having trouble getting cash together and Anna paid for my meal and made me the best Ruben sandwich I have had in a long time. They treated me with so much kindness and I was blessed by their true good nature and hospitality. Thank you for the wonderful meal! Wondering how this location is still in business! SLOW SLOW SLOW! And they are always out of everything! I literally only came here for the chicken tortilla soup which it says they had when I ordered my meal online. Get there and then they only have Chill or broccoli cheddar soup plus it takes them a million years to tell me, I’m just standing there waiting then 15 min later it’s oh we don’t have chicken tortilla. I get it restaurants run out of things but for me to wait another 15 min before anyone even thinks to mention it is the part that gets me! Just go to Panera down the street and save yourself the hassle and disappointment!
The food was good, and our orders arrived at our table in a reasonable amount of time, despite the kitchen staff yelling out there would be a 20 minute wait. It took less than 10 minutes to receive our chicken Caesar wrap and veggie sandwich. The negative aspect of our visit was atmospheric. A peculiar smell hit us once we opened the restaurant door. It was a combination of eggs, ham, and breath. The women's restroom had a strong fecal odor. My husband said the men's restroom smelled like urine and burnt toast. Despite these olfactory experiences, the staff was friendly and expeditious. The restaurant seemed clean overall.

We went here for lunch with 3 people. It took 20 minutes for 2 of our orders to come out and the 3rd person never got their order. Place was mostly empty. They had to go back up and check on it after waiting for 30 minutes and the staff noticed his sandwich had been missed sitting under a heat lamp. They remade his sandwich, but we were late getting back to work. Food was good.. but recommend not trying to fit this place in for a quick “bite-to-eat.”
This place was a great lunch for my family and our friends. They were so attentive to us. My son accidentally threw a toy away and they dug through the trash to find it for him.
