This particular location in St. Louis is one of the less well-managed ones. Each time I've visited, the staff has been unfriendly and reluctant to assist customers. They often seem more focused on chatting among themselves, and at times, I've even witnessed them arguing. The wait for food usually ranges from 20 to 30 minutes. I truly enjoy this restaurant, but it’s clear that this location isn’t properly managed—unless this is the level of customer service they intend to provide.
Every time I go the check out is slow and then my food sits in the window waiting to be brought to the table because they can’t keep up with the kitchen and are slow. If they can’t get food out to the table, call numbers out, or in instead the kitchen pumping out food faster than it can be delivered- help by being a runner for the food. Every single time, terrible process, slow, and no sense of urgency or hustle.
My order was wrong, wrong sandwich and they forgot my side and my cookie, didn’t even give me the right drink even though they highlighted all of that on the receipt paper?? my doordasher told me the kitchen was just slow in general and looked dirty from the window. Advised me NOT to eat it. I advise you all to use a different location where the food is good enough to justify how much you just spend.
Great salads sandwiches. It's McAlister's. You're going to overpay for your salad and you're going to overpay for your sandwich. It's a McDonald's for healthy food but it has a bougie price. Book a table now
Listen, everyone. This restaurant serves the most delicious food. The southwest salad is amazing, and the soup bowl is simply out of this world. I absolutely love it!
Nachos were decent but very basic and were mostly tortilla chips. Pickup order was ready when I got there and the service was great.
The chicken salad croissant was unappetizing and poorly crafted. The tomatoes were tiny and wilted. I won't be ordering it again.
Most of their sandwiches are really good. The service has slowed over the past year. Book a table now
