First worst experience, will not be back. Waited 37 minutes in the drive through, and when I get up to the window to pay the lady says “you had kids meal?” I said uhh no.. She says “ok that lady must have drove off, ok what did you have?” I only remembered that I ordered a half a sandwich and soup but didn’t know the names because I don’t come to McAllisters, so I told her that I ordered a half sandwich and soup and she said “$15.52” I asked if it is usually around a 35+ minute wait as I don’t come here but want to know that way I can plan accordingly in the future since I’ve spent my entire lunch break and then some in their drive thru and she said “$15.52”. The last time I ordered a sandwich here, I found a hard plastic bread tie in it. I bit into my sandwich and ended up chewing on something hard, which was very surprising. I spit it out and was shocked by the experience. This restaurant has rapidly declined, and this was evident even before the fire incident. Significant changes are necessary if this place wants to stay in business and be profitable. The franchise owner really needs to do a complete overhaul; otherwise, I can see McAllister's shutting down in the next few years.
I enjoy the garden fresh turkey sandwich. However, I went in today and they just put a whole avocado on the sandwich. I guess I can be thankful that the skin was off, but it wasn't sliced or anything. I was in a hurry, so I just broke some of it up myself, but it was definitely not fun.
Enjoyed a very flavorful turkey sandwich and my husband had the pick two which was mcalisters club and potato soup. Food was served promptly and was very good! We enjoy eating here and will definitely return!!

Ordered a choose 2, the veggie sandwich was missing avocado and herb mayo but had black olives on it I did not ask for any of those changes. Asked for a pickle received no pickle.
The food is consistently fresh and bursting with flavor. The app makes it incredibly convenient to place orders in advance, even allowing for customization of items.
Got the turkey club, excellent flavor. Just the right size for lunch, wife Got the Italian sandwich, so large took half home. Nice sit down environment.
I ordered a Rueben and it was pretty good. If you go just be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes for your food since they make it

The spuds are HUGE! The soups are good here also. The girl that took my order was friendly, patient, and helpful!!
