I waited for at least ten minutes while two employees—a man with glasses and a rude woman with dirty blonde hair—were engaged in a conversation. The man eventually went outside for a smoke break, while the woman stood by the register, seemingly lost in thought. Neither of them acknowledged me. When I finally spoke up, she claimed she had been waiting, to which I responded that I had, too. I was trying to ask about replacing honey mustard with deli or spicy mustard on my sandwich, but she didn’t seem to understand what I meant. I had lunch today, and it was far too expensive for the small portions we received. Also, there were no pickles available. I asked for them and was told it would be just five minutes, but they never came back. Half of the restaurant was closed off, and we ended up with the last available seat. The two booths on the open side were filled with boxes of chips, which was frustrating. The management at this location is really poor. I recommend driving to the Arnold location instead. It's not the employees' fault; this is all on management. We'll definitely be avoiding this place in the future.
I often order from McAlister's, and it's always my grandparents' favorite part of our visits. I've used DoorDash to place orders about six times, and only once was there a mistake, which was resolved quickly. The in-person service is excellent, and delivery is consistently fast. It's my go-to place to treat my family, as we are always satisfied with our meals.
I've been a customer since this location opened and I usually order at least once a week. However, over the past two months, things have really declined. I always order pickles, but I never receive them anymore. The chicken tortilla soup no longer comes with tortillas, which is disappointing! These may seem like minor details, but they are important to me.

The point of online ordering is to streamline the process and minimize wait times. Other restaurants like Panera, Qdoba, and McAlister's in Arnold utilize pickup shelves—why don't you?
The staff are extremely friendly, and the food is delicious. Dining here is always a pleasure. While the selection of vegetarian and gluten-free options is somewhat limited, their food icons make it easy to navigate the menu.
The kids' meal sandwich was insufficiently toasted and quite soggy. Additionally, the cookie and broccoli that were supposed to be included with the meal were completely missing. Aside from that, the food was excellent.
The food was absolutely delicious! Unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it as much as I would have liked because the air conditioning was broken, and it was quite warm while I was eating, haha.

I always have a great experience at this restaurant. Whenever I've requested changes to my order, they've been perfectly executed. Plus, the place is consistently clean.
I honestly thought they had only sent me bread when I opened my order. I definitely won't be ordering from this place again.
