Determined to find an alternative, I first went to Hardee's, where I was made to wait 15 minutes while they contacted a distant manager who simply told me to come back next week. Then, at Burger King, I got the same "come back later" response. Frustrated and tired of wasting both time and gas, I finally decided to do what I should have from the start: I drove to the nearest McDonald's on Willis Road. The manager greeted me with a smile and handed me the bags I needed without any hassle or need to contact headquarters. Thank you, McDonald's—that was a kind gesture.
I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. I spent 15 minutes waiting in line and ordered through the app for drive-thru pickup. When I finally received my food, it was completely incorrect! I called to complain, explaining that I couldn’t come back because I had a meeting, but I would save the food and return it after. They didn’t agree with that solution. So, I ended up throwing away $15 because I didn’t eat the food at all! What a waste! I'm really upset and I won’t be going back. The staff, especially the manager I spoke to on the phone, was very rude.
On Wednesday, August 24, 2022, around 8 PM, I visited this McDonald's and ended up waiting in the drive-thru line for about 20 minutes. After all that time, I was told that they were no longer taking orders, even though they were still open and had just served the person in front of me. Their website indicated they were open late in the evening. I called to speak with the manager, who informed me that they had run out of food. It's frustrating to stop here and add an extra 20 minutes to my travel time for nothing.
This was by far the quickest McDonald's I’ve ever been to. I ordered six meals, and my order was ready and handed over in just two minutes. Everything was hot, and although the fries could have used a little more salt, everything tasted fresh and delicious. The staff were courteous and friendly, and the restaurant was spotless with well-kept restrooms. Great job to the entire team!

Ghetto staff and and does not participate in rewards with app. Bad service all the way around, they only get business by default .. it 's next to the highway which it 's a given people with no other option will buy... Just to get back on the road . I recommend keep going to the next exit on route 10. Past 288 highway. Another 5min. Save yourself the ghetto service.
This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, when I got to where you order I was rudely asked to come inside. They said that the drive thru was busy. The pictures attached will show how busy they were. Also they were out of sweet tea. Everything was just wrong. I'm only giving one star because I have to.
I was disappointed with my Big Mac hamburger; it was cold, the lettuce was brown, and the bun was stale and dry. I ended up throwing it away after just two bites. On a positive note, I did enjoy the fries and the Diet Coke. However, I found the bathroom floor to be very greasy and slippery, which isn't what I typically expect from McDonald's.
I visit this place every day for coffee before work, but the coffee is never consistent; it always tastes different from the last time. The sweet tea resembles clear brown water, and the food is hit or miss—it can be good, but sometimes it falls short.

When there was an error with my order at the drive-thru window, they promptly and effortlessly issued a refund—thank you! Surprisingly, McDonald's serves quite good coffee despite being a burger joint.
The restaurant was very clean and inviting. I genuinely had a great experience there.
