Always double-check your meal before leaving this restaurant. They seem unable to follow their own printed instructions. On June 14, Friday, I ordered several items for lunch, including a "2 cheeseburger combo" without cheese on both burgers. The order was correctly taken, as confirmed by all the receipts, including the ticket attached to each wrapper that clearly stated the contents. However, when I opened them, I found cheese on both burgers! Unfortunately, I can't eat the food now, so I have to throw it away, which feels like a waste of money. I had the worst service this more at this location. My usual order with of chicken biscuit and coffee. The manager Female) 7:45am KS#3 is need of customer service training. She accused me of changing my order once I reached the pick up window. I didnt have any cash and she loudly you don't have a dollar in cash!! And continue to speak down to me instead telling me I owe $1 and she would have to refund me and recharge me because I ordered the wrong food. I went through this abuse from this untrained manager for 5 minutes in the drive through unbelievable. Customer service is not what it used to be to be.
I'm generally not a big fan of McDonalds, but I have to give credit where credit is due as I've always had a great experience at this location. I generally come here for breakfast when I drop my car off across the street for service. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is generally clean (for McDonald's), service is FAST and the food is MUCH better than other locations I've been to. I just had the best bacon egg and cheese biscuit! I substituted the round egg. Soft warm biscuit, crispy bacon, soft fresh egg. Yes! My sandwich even looked like the photos on the menu! Thanks for striving to do better!
Been eating, on and off at this location for years. It 's close, safe, clean, good service, plenty of on site parking, with close and easy on and off freeway access. A few food item prices are actually lower than other similar locations. It 's fast food, not farm food, per say... and their food tastes and prices are awarded two thumbs up from me! I 'm a boomer and grew up enjoying all that McDonalds offered in the late 50 's through current times... And, according to Fast Food Nation , Mickey D 's continuously strives to provide the best quality of Fast Food when compared to similar competitors.

I am not a Micky D's fan by any means, but we dropped by here on our way to a hike, and my friend wanted to grab breakfast. I had the 2 for $5.50 sausage egg McMuffin, and it was actually very tasty, just the way I remembered it like a decade ago... since I don't frequent McDonalds much. The customer service was great, and the employees worked hard. They were friendly and got the orders out fast. The restaurant was very clean also. Happy eating!
This review is specifically about the drive-thru, as we visited for breakfast. Although there were long lines, the cashier was very friendly and provided us with excellent service. Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. Thank you so much for the great experience! It’s a very convenient stop when you're passing through.
Beware of this FRY SCAM! I ordered a large fry, what I got was the large fry box, but the SIDES WERE FOLDED IN! It was literally the amount of a small fry bag, what's the point of charging more if you're giving out so much less.
The staff at this restaurant is excellent—helpful and friendly. I absolutely love their lattes! There’s plenty of parking available, and the beautiful flower beds add a lovely touch.
