I don't understand why McDonald's employees have such a hard time getting orders right. They literally have a step-by-step list that tells them what to make and what ingredients to put on it. Even then, they consistently forget to add extra cheese, or remove an ingredient that I wanted removed, or forget the sauces, and sometimes even forget entire items. This location makes mistakes so often that I always have to pull over and check my order after ordering drive thru. Having to go inside to get my order fixed defeats the convenience of using the drive thru.
This McDonald's is incredibly incompetent, unfriendly, and inconsistent. Over the past year, I've visited about 12 times, and on at least 4 occasions, they’ve missed items from my order. The most recent was in early June when they forgot a $5 crispy chicken sandwich on an $18 order. The experience was very disappointing. They never thank you for your business and seem eager to get you out quickly. I now drive an extra three miles to the McDonald's in north San Ramon, which is much better than this location or the one in Dublin, which is also unfriendly.
This McDonald's was recently remodeled. The driveways, the sidewalks have been adjusted. The driveways are so narrow that many people daily damage their tires or puncture their tires on a poorly designed drive-thru. Management team refused to help refuse to offer any assistance and treated me like a pariah. AVOID This McDonald's at all costs if you value your car
Drive through hours are inaccurate. It's hours are the same as dine in hours. Came multiple times and my experiences including the one I had before typing this reflects that. If you need food near/after 11 go downtown dublin and hit the jack in the box. Thus one does have convenience of being just off the freeway so hit it in a rush

This was the worst McDonald's I've ever visited when it comes to service. No one even acknowledged me, and I had to interrupt someone just to get a simple greeting. It also took forever for them to come over and take my order.
Pretty terrible McD’s, tbh. Poorly managed and it shows. Dirty, chaotic, poorly made food (except fries are usually hot). Mgmt is very hostile and rude, hopefully they’ll be replaced soon.
I had a pretty good meal at McDonald's. I haven't visited one in a couple of years, but this location was clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly as well.
Placed an online order for pickup. When i got home, they had forgotten my fries and sweet and sour sauce for the nuggets.
