Always check your bag before leaving the drive thru. I have noticed that when they give you french fries they don't fill it up all of the way so you are literally not getting what you have paid for. I wouldn't be so upset about the french fry situation if they where cheaper for only getting half of what you pay for. My kids are extremely picky eaters and they love french fries. These are large fries that I received.
I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years and I’ve experienced a lot of things, hair in my burger, no sauce when I ask clearly ask for sauce. When I receive my food I ask if there is sauce or anything other they claim that the order is correct but most of the time it’s not. Only time they have gotten my order right was 2 times from all my years or going to this McDonald’s.
Some establishments are great, while others fall short. Employees need to be more attentive to customers, especially since it's not feasible for us to repeatedly visit the drive-thru. It's important for them to focus on accurately processing orders so that we don't have to return two or three times for what we originally requested.
We had asked for no salt on our fries and end up with cold salted fries I paid for what I ask for not because your boss tells u use those first. Poor experience lobby was a mess tables dirty and we stood there for 5 min before you realized we were standing there Book a table now
I was planning on dining-in. The dining room wasn't open even though it was supposed to be open according to hours posted on the door. They turned away people that walked there and was planning to eat inside. The food was good.
I absolutely love McDonald's! It's consistently a satisfying experience. The drive-thru can get a bit frustrating when there's a long wait, but overall, it's worth it. I really enjoy their chicken nuggets!
We went through the drive-thru, the lady was rushing me too order. Didn't like they're service or food won't ever go back to that McDonald's again.. I won't recommend that McDonald's either..
