The food is decent, but it's McDonald's, so you can't expect too much. Their chicken nuggets are often dry, and they tend to get at least one order wrong, which affects my overall rating. The biggest issue, however, is the service. I typically wait around 20 to 30 minutes for my food after being instructed to use their parking area for drive-thru orders. There was even an occasion when they accidentally gave our food to another customer, and it took a while for them to figure it out, making us wait 48 minutes that time. This isn't fast food or even affordable food; it's just not great overall. At this point, my family is done with this place, and I doubt we'll return. As for parking, because...
They've got to get the drive thru figured out, the time it takes to get just a couple coffees in the morning is ridiculous, and you can see it all over the Managers' faces, they're overstaffed with kids that don't want to work or care to get their job done or the flip side of the spectrum, folks so old and slow they can barely take an order. If you want your store to run right, Mike Love, come off some of that vacation money for some of your severely underpaid employees.
The worst place to have breakfast early in the morning. The early guy who works the windows has a bad attitude and won't hear what you're saying. I've been there for 20 years and spent a lot of money there. I came to the line at 5:58 and he won't have breakfast before 4:00, he told me. Company policy must change and it must be fired. Will get my breakfast somewhere else that appreciates their customers!
Honestly, how difficult can it be to get the sauce right for a sausage burrito, especially when it clearly says "mild sauce" on the screen? The food was okay, and the service was good, but the sauce really missed the mark.

By driving at 9 a.m., placed my order and waited 21 minutes (before even paying) to be given only cold food and without part of my order....
Tonight they done a good job....food was right n fresh, and fast service...I had a mobile order.
