Wir sprechen hier von einem Mass, dass es sich aufdrängt, dass die Mitarbeiter dem Geschäftsführer ganz bewusst schaden wollen. Niemand ist so nachlässig oder d... . Siehe Bild. Das ist ein Chicken Big Mac. Keine Sauce, der Salat neben dem Burger nein, es hatte keinen DRIN , das obere Stockwerk komplett leer. Und kalt. Nicht Mc kalt, RICHTIG kalt. Genau so kalt wie der ebenfalls bestellte BigMac. Die bezahlte 5dl Coke kam im 4dl Becher... . Der abgebildete Burger ging logischerweise direkt zurück. Gekommen ist nach kurzer Wartezeit ein neuer, aber genau so...
5 Sterne – Sowas habe ich bei McDonald’s noch nie erlebt! Ich war heute in der Filiale in Waldshut (Von-Opel-Straße) und bin absolut beeindruckt. Wegen eines Fehlers am Terminal musste ich an die Kasse – und was dann kam, war Weltklasse: super schnell, extrem freundlich und mit einer Ausstrahlung, die man sonst nur aus teuren Restaurants kennt. Ein riesiges Lob an den Schichtführer und das ganze Team! Man merkt sofort, dass hier die Stimmung stimmt und alle Bock haben. Es wurde sogar am Tisch gefragt, ob alles schmeckt – bei Fast Food! Heftiger Respekt, das war heute ein echtes Erlebnis und viel mehr als nur schnelles Essen. Macht genau so weiter, ihr seid ein Vorzeigeteam!
Staff very slow and had no idea on request to the app. 3 employees asked. Have sat on a chair in the waiting area and seen like a man with shirt and tie 2 small nugget bags back into a box above the platform,although to wait,hot. He left the empty bags on the platform. In our order, the sauces have missed our large Nuggetsbox. On both MacRips one had to look for the sauce and on the BigRöesti the salad has completely missed. Together with a long waiting period, the eating pleasure has greatly reduced. Couldn't convince tastefully.
Known Francaise quality. When I ask at the kiosk, the system asks me if I want to eat in the restaurant or take it with me. Then why do I get my coffee or tea or Chai Latte in the cardboard cup? And why are so many document printers and kiosks not functional? Why are in Chai Latte less volume than in coffee?

Order terminals were partly defective, paper was missing for the expression of the order. Toilets were defective, or Wash basin didn't drain the water and the garbage was overcrowded. The Pommes were still quite bright, for that the food came to the table relatively quickly.
Schlechtester Mcces in dem ich war. Milchshake hat nach Kaffee geschmeckt. Viel zu lange Wartezeiten und Essen war kalt. Jeder Großstadtbahnjofmcces läuft besser. Waren bisher 3 mal dort und jedes Mal war schlimmer als zuvor. Lieber noch 20min bis zum nächsten fahren.
Today again at McDonalds. The employee at the checkout was very friendly and attentive. The food came fast, it was freshly prepared and warm. Everything's been good today. Everything is good and very happy again.
