I specifically visited McDonald's to try the new adult Happy Meals. Upon arrival, I learned they were sold out, which left me disappointed and ready to leave. However, since I was with my disabled parents, returning to the car and finding another place would have been too difficult. Just under ten minutes after placing our order, I noticed adults around us enjoying the Happy Meals. I spoke to the manager about the situation, but she was quite rude. When I suggested she could either provide us with the two meals or offer gift cards as compensation, she outright refused. Her customer service was lacking, and she even walked away from me while I was still speaking.
if I could give him 0 stars, I would! I made an online order that went through and when I went to pick it up, they said they were preparing it and 15 minutes by and another guy said that my order did not go through what was a waste of time, never buy again from here.
Aside from this particular Mcdonald's having fairly heavy traffic for the most part, the food is always hot and they have never messed up my order. The employees are kind and organized from what I could tell!
I had a straightforward experience visiting several locations, but the staff was very unprofessional. The wait time in the drive-thru was 20 minutes! They definitely need to improve their management.

Went for a late dinner drive thru lines were ridiculously long waited anyway. Got our food home my daughters qp was raw grossed me out so bad I threw mine away. Won't go there again
There are often long lines both inside and in the drive-thru. The prices are higher compared to other nearby places that have playgrounds, but this one does not. Food rating: 3/5.
I don’t think I’ve ever received the correct order from this McDonalds. Every single time I’ve gotten food here they forget multiple parts of the order.
The guy working at 11PM is super nice and we waited less than 5 minutes! The food was fresh and it made my night. Definitely will stop here again <3
