They are supposed to be the more affordable option, not anymore.... The breakfast I have regularly bought there for close to 20 years has always been around 7 dollars and change. It has rapidly increased in price over the last couple years and today it tipped the scales at the highest yet, $12.15. It was convenient and competitively priced but now unless I'm absolutely desperate for time I will be choosing other options. With this pricing they have now made Chick-fil-A and Spangles the lower price options, both of which I believe offer better quality breakfasts and are now worth the extra drive time. Wife placed a mobile order. when I went to pick up, I sat at the inner drive thru lane with 2 cars ahead of me. They both left when nobody took their order. I pulled a up and sat waiting for a response. DIDN 'T HAPPEN!! Pulled up to the window and the guy tried to give me someone else 's order. He got a manager (high school girl) who told me that the number was invalid. I showed the emailed receipt and was told no food under that order. This NOT the way to run a restaurant!!! Ordering was a snails pace and the girl kept messing up when inputting it. When we finally got our food and started to drive away, the girl flipped us off while two boys laughed. The food was served cold. I had lunch there, and the price per person was between $1 and $10. I would rate the food a 3 and the atmosphere a 3 as well.
The restaurant consistently struggles to get orders correct. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 1 star.
