Once I returned from the restroom, I tried to ask for the manager again, but the girl refused and suggested I file a complaint online. Not willing to let it go, I insisted on speaking to the manager, who eventually came to the counter but also refused to give her last name. They kept advising me to make a complaint online. Instead, I reached out to corporate customer service to file an official complaint.
Interestingly, Governor Gavin Newsom signed the Restroom Access Act into law in 2022, which mandates that all business establishments must allow anyone to use the restroom, regardless of whether they are customers.

Because the mgr, asst mgr and their employees all look at each other like they don't know what to do. And then they take forever making things right they act as if you're lying. Unprofessional indeed!!!
My review ranks this McDonald's in relation to other McDonald's locations, rather than in comparison to different restaurants or fast food chains. Unfortunately, it will never measure up to the original concept of a non-chain McDonald's. However, I suppose the same can be said for many iconic burger joints from the past.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald's. There were homeless individuals inside, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. The unpleasant odor was overwhelming, and I couldn't stay there. To top it off, the machine issued me a blank receipt!

Do not go to this McDonald's! No ice and the ice cream machine is broken. Ordered through the mobile app and the manager wouldn't refund my money for the 2 mcflurries I paid for. Rude and unprofessional this place needs new management.
My crispy chicken sandwich was burnt and I'm going to complain about it tomorrow sometime, We have a bad experience every time we go to the Victoy drive store in Columbus GA. I don't recommend that place to anyone
