Ordered a happy meal through the app, showed up and parked in a numbered spot. I selected the spot on the app and it gave me an error code stating to go inside and speak to the counter attendant. I went inside and showed her the message and she called hermanager over. The manager stated that the problem was on the app 's end and it wasn 't her problem. Worst experience ever. I went through the drive-through ordered my food. Got to the window to pay and he said my order and I told him that wasn’t what I ordered. He was very nice and helpful and fixed it all on the screen. I paid and left. When I got home I took a bite and realized there were onions on it. If there negative stars were available, I would use them. Went for breakfast yesterday, and WOW! Our food went out to a drive through customer, who then brought it in after opening the sandwiches to see they weren't hers, to an employee who took them outof the bag and closed the wrappers to put them back on the warming table for another employee to pick up and put in another bagwho then tried to hand them to me How often does this happen? There is no incentive available for me to ever return to thislocation, please do not try.
Overall, I usually receive what I order, but if you're planning to modify your order, it's best to limit the number of changes. The food is typical McDonald's, and I have no complaints there. Just be sure to check your bag before you leave, as sauces and modifications are often overlooked.

12/26/2023 I used the drive thru. The customer service was okay, nothing special. The food was average, just like all the other McDonalds in the area. It is great when you get fresh fries. I would go to this place again because it seems a little less busy than the other McDonalds in Lodi.
The many times I?ve gone through the drive thru the employees don?t speak. They don?t acknowledge you, they hand you your order and close the window quickly. What happened to customer service??? A simple ?hello? would suffice but you can?t even get thathere.
We grabbed some takeout, and the woman at the window was incredibly friendly. Even though she was busy, she remained very polite. Parking: There’s plenty of parking available.
McDonald's have gone down hill over the years but I actually got a double cheeseburger that was hot, fresh and tasted like it looked on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised.
