I didn’t order at the counter, and I encountered some issues with the app regarding deals and points. Every now and then, you might discover that your order is missing something minor, like a chicken nugget, so make sure to check your bag before you leave. The curbside parking is convenient, though the spaces can be a bit cramped. It feels like the staff might not be particularly motivated. Additionally, the drive-thru line can get quite long, sometimes blocking access to parking.
This McDonald’s is always busy with people stopping by on their way home, but the line usually moves quickly and my orders are almost always correct. My main complaint is that they don’t stay open very late—the drive-thru closes at 8:45 PM on a Friday! Most McDonald’s locations in West Sacramento seem to close early, except for the one near Walmart. At least they now allow walk-ins, so that’s a plus.
Avoid using the McDonald's mobile app to pay for your orders because it may falsely show that your order didn’t go through, forcing you to pay twice. They blame the system to keep the extra money. The cashier often pockets the overcharged amount. Be cautious when ordering from the McDonald's menu.

I only visit McDonald's because my kids insist on having chicken nuggets. Personally, I wouldn't choose to eat here due to the inconsistent service and frequent mistakes with orders.
