Anytime I drive down to this mcdonalds I always come home with an incorrect order. More annoying because when im ordering, I can see that the order is all correct, each thing has its extra this or that on the screen. But I get home and its completely wrong, The label on the burger isn't even correct. I paid more to have something ADDED, not have things taken off my meal, which i ended up having things removed from my burger that i didn't want removed in the first place. This is also the same place that is ok with sending out cheeseburger(S) (yes two not just one), that is only a bun and cheese. No Burger. I haven't visited that McDonald's in over two years, and I have my reasons. Two years ago, I stopped by for a quick breakfast before heading out to shop. I ordered pancakes with eggs, a hash brown, and orange juice. Since I was the only customer in the restaurant, I expected my meal to arrive quickly. However, it took around 15 to 20 minutes for my breakfast to be served! The pancakes tasted like they were microwaved, the eggs were unappetizing, and the hash brown was the only decent item on my plate. To top it off, I ended up feeling sick the next day. I definitely won't be returning for breakfast again.
I'm done withvMcDonalds for awhile. I understand the majority that is employed there, and there are some awesome kids, but they can't seem to get my simple request. Please, FRIES WELL-DONE! I've thrown away more cold, bland lumpy fries than I've eaten!
The fries were cold not like usual.The clerk was abit slow..I was waiting for her to ask me something about my order....I finally asked her if she was there. She said yes...was waiting for me...but she wasn't asking me anyhhing...weird!..

The drive-thru line is efficient, and the staff at the windows are friendly and well-coordinated. I usually ask for extra napkins, as they occasionally only provide one in the bag.
This is my go-to McDonald's in Lodi. The service is outstanding, and the drive-thru is super quick, which is perfect for my lunch breaks.
So slow!! I would understand if they were busy but there was just one other person in line. Waited 15 minutes for an egg Mcmuffin.
