The manager got mad at me when i complained about the worker mopping over my feet.This is very disrespectful!!.The manager told me i have to leave the restaurant.I have been there too long.I come here often and stay for a while.She never complained until i told the worker it is rude to mop on someones feet.Also no sign was up during the mopping of the floor.
I was in front of the register for 12 mins and felt invisible… nobody came to take my order, some employees were getting soda for themselves and French fries but no one cared about the customers I wasn’t the only one there wanting some food) so I left very disappointed
They're not open 24 hours on Thursday... I stopped by here around 11:56 to find the doors locked, walked through the drive thru, and a manager told me they threw out all the food for the day. He was nice and offered me free cookies, but the hours online are incorrect.

Unfortunately the person they had helping at the drive thru doesn’t speak English, she was very nice but my whole order was wrong.
The staff was incredibly rude! One employee actually slammed the drive-thru window while I was trying to talk.
I ordered an iced mocha, but what I received was an "iced mocha" that had no ice and was warm.
Cold food, soda fountain wasn’t working. Forced to ‘upgrade’ beverage. Book a table now
