The restrooms were incredibly filthy, with visible messes present in both. In the ladies' room, only one toilet was usable. When we reported this to the manager, we were completely ignored. After a long wait, our food finally arrived, but it was cold. Everyone else in our group chose to eat theirs, but one person who ordered two fish sandwiches didn't want to take the risk. When they asked for fresh ones, we watched as the staff took the sandwiches and microwaved them before trying to serve them to us. Can you believe that? The service was quick, and the food was as expected. I ordered some combo meals and added a frappuccino for my wife and a slushy lemonade for my daughter. The young man who took our order mistakenly included the drinks as upgrades instead of separate items. As a result, my meal ended up without a drink, so I went back to purchase a soda. The gentleman who assisted me was kind enough to give me a cup and told me not to worry about it. It was a nice gesture. Overall, it was a minor mistake, and no big deal. My daughter ultimately wanted McDonald's, so she went with that option.
It's a McDonald's so I don't have high expectations but there were multiple problems. The milk in the kids meal was passed its use by date. They forgot an order of fries. They didn't give us ketchup when I requested it with the drive thru order. Now, I take responsibility for not checking everything before I left the drive thru window. They probably would have fixed things if I asked. But still upset about their mistakes with the order. Food itself was typical McDonald's.

I have to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Alice. She does an exceptional job maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and the staff always comes in with smiles. Alice herself is always cheerful, and if she happens to not be smiling, just make sure to share your smile with her and let her know how great of a job she does keeping everything spotless. this two-g has always been a nicer. they frighten on two of the employees in the industry. the people are nicholas and patrick. these two ensured that my girls as children and I were satisfied and it was the place inside and is well kept. good work nicholas and patrick. Go on.
Morning shift no personality, If you're not using the app slow at cash register. Hear a lot of talk from the back but orders still wrong. Dinner shift very nice and helpful. Don't believe lobby hours posted on door. Sometimes close by 7:30pm.
Don’t order curbside if you want to get your food within 15-20 mins. Walk in after waiting 15 mins and the food is sitting there in a bag…. While two employees are standing there talking and laughing….. Customer service these days is a joke.

The food is consistently fresh and well-prepared. The chicken nuggets are perfectly crispy, and the fries are also always fresh. This is definitely the best McDonald’s in the area.
