The staff at this location could benefit from better training in customer service and professionalism. They appear to be quite young and lack the necessary etiquette, and unfortunately, management does not seem to address the persistent poor service. I have no intention of returning to the Edgewood McDonald's, as I have concerns about the food preparation in the kitchen. The indifferent attitude displayed by the employees is truly disheartening. I politely suggested to the young woman who took my order and payment that if she doesn't feel well-suited for fast food or customer service, she might want to consider other job opportunities. Overall, this experience was extremely disappointing!
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing and unprofessional. There were children wandering around and playing with each other's hair, which made it difficult to enjoy the meal. The register was left unattended for an extended period, forcing me and other customers to wait to place our orders. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes for our food. The fries were below average; it felt like the grease hadn't been filtered properly. The manager appeared to lack control over her staff, and the kitchen itself resembled a chaotic playground. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.
This McDonald's has improved a lot compared to before. There were times when I didn’t even want to order from this location, but something has changed, and now it’s really good. During my last 6 or 7 visits, everything has been perfect with no mistakes in my orders. I’ll give it 5 stars once I’ve had 10 flawless orders. For now, I’m very pleased, and the service has been excellent.
This McDonald's claims to be open 24 hours, but when I went to the drive-thru at 3:38 AM, I ended up waiting a long time just to place my order. When I finally got to the window and asked if they were open, I was told they weren't ready yet. What a hassle! It’s frustrating that they don’t deliver on their promises and then wonder why they’re losing customers.

The food doesn’t taste as good as it used to, and it seems like the prices have increased while the quality has dropped. I used to really enjoy their sweet tea, but it no longer tastes the same—possibly because they changed the brand. I used to look forward to stopping by for the tea, but now I often choose other places instead.
Worst McDonald's in the state of MD. No matter what time of the day expect to wait at least 20 minutes before you get your food.Management needs to fire every single employee and start over if they want a chance to be successful.WORST EVER McDonald's!
Only got one of two hash browns. The other day my hash browns were icey in the middle. The workers are nice but fiod quality and consistency is lacking.
