I waited 35 minutes in the drive-thru, which was far too long. The staff seemed unhelpful and showed little concern, and I saw six cars behind me give up and leave, some clearly frustrated. Not once did the employees apologize for the delay. Overall, the customer service was very disappointing.
I was about 11:30 there service was fast, how food was the cleanest I saw in a long time at a McDonald. Someone was cleaning all the time. The best McDonald's I was to And when Ronald McDonald showed up and talked to the kids, it was great.
The service at this McDonald's is very slow, and the Sunday lines are excessively long. The staff also lack friendliness. I much prefer the McDonald's on John Young near Bruton in Orlando, where the service is always fast and efficient.

Literally the best mcds I've ever been too. Been here many times now and it's always clean and quick. The staff is always very friendly and seems happy! Nice to see that!
