Hallo zusammen, unbedingt lesen!!! Ich schreibe diese Bewertung nach jahrelanger Erfahrung mit dieser Filiale. Und leider ist mein Fazit sehr klar: Bestellungen sind hier erschreckend oft falsch oder unvollständig. Kleine Bestellungen stimmen nur selten komplett. Große Bestellungen sind noch deutlich häufiger fehlerhaft. Besonders sonntagabends scheint hier regelmäßig völliges Chaos zu herrschen. Ich spreche hier nicht von Einzelfällen. Ich spreche von jahrelangen, immer wiederkehrenden Problemen. Fehlende Burger. Fehlende Soßen. Bezahlte Extras, die einfach ignoriert werden. Das alles passiert hier regelmäßig. In view of the current advertising with several articles for EUR 1.00, I let myself lure into this branch and ordered a hamburger and an ice cream with Schokosauce. The service was halfway ok, not especially friendly, but that wasn't really my expectation. However, what I expect in an organized operation is hot temperatures in the food and a continuously cold ice cream. It wasn't like this. The hamburger was just a little warm and so simply a pappy mass and not really tasty anymore. Saftladen einfach, bestellungen immer falsch und fehlt was. Unhöfliche und unfreundliche mitarbeiter. Kontrolliert immer eure bestellungen anscheinend stecken sich mitarbeiter sachen ein, kann mir sonst nicht anders erklären wie jedes mal was fehlt. Ich bitte euch ein stück kompetenz erwartet man schon. Traurig einfach
