Mcdonald's should seriously check this branch, after waiting for 45 minutes in queue at 11:45 pm I was told that icecream machine is out of order since afternoon when I asked the floor manager why they did not put up a sign so that people don't waste their time she told me that they are under staffed and currently there are only 3 bodies on the floor and they don't have time to put any signage for the customers I have been served cold food and order mixup at this branch but this was the worst experience left my number with Juliana to forward to Ashwin (GM) let's see if I get a call or not.
I've visited this location several times, and I strongly advise against using their table service. They seem to neglect it, and orders often get lost on their screens. There have been occasions where I've had to remind them about my order. Most recently, I had a particularly frustrating experience: half of my order was already sitting on the table, and when I inquired, they told me they were still waiting for the rest of the items. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes. This experience has convinced me to never use their service again.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. After assisting a young 17-year-old "manager" who was being mistreated, she ended up calling the police on me. I advise against helping them. It seems that they show favoritism toward white customers. I believe that the head office needs to look into this matter, as the manager does not appear to be qualified. McDonald’s head office, please get in touch with me. I have ample video evidence to support my claims. I'm giving you the opportunity to resolve this situation amicably.
The food here is hit or miss, sometimes you get fresh fries and nuggets and sometimes it’s the reheated flash cook in oil. It’s our family’s go to cheat meal so take that with a grain of salt. Also, please ensure your staff have enough people working because it gets soooo busy and hangry kids are the worse. And on that note: you gave 3 happy meals with the same green squishmallow toy and our kids can’t tell the difference between whose is whose and they hate us now. Just kidding. Kind of. I took advantage of the $1 summer promotion for a large Diet Coke without ice, but unfortunately, the drink was flat. I get that it’s a promotional offer, but that doesn’t excuse serving a subpar product. On a positive note, the staff were very courteous.
Drivethrough is the worst cant tell you how many times they forget half my order. Just ordered a poutine and they gave me a straw?.. gota check the bags before giving it out. Bad service. Waste of time.
Fairal or Farial, the store manager lacks an understanding of customer service and is also rude towards the customer by making faces. Almost walked out without my order because of her attitude.

Quick location. Speed is achieved at the expense of prepping too much food too early so it is always cold at this location.Received half full fries, large had less than medium.
