The fries were cold and unappealing when we received our food. We noticed three or four other customers experiencing the same issue with their fries. When we asked for them to be replaced, the manager was incredibly rude. When we finally received our fries, the staff member, who was wearing an unmarked pullover, practically threw the fries at us and asked sarcastically if they were well done. We simply requested that they be properly cooked. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
The fries we received were undercooked and soggy. We actually saw three or four other customers returning fries for the same reason. When we requested fresh fries, the manager was incredibly rude. When the new fries finally arrived, the staff member, who was wearing a sweater without a name tag, practically tossed the bag at us and asked sarcastically, "Well done?" We simply responded that we just wanted them cooked properly. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
The service was quick and friendly. The food was hot, but it tasted like typical McDonald's fare. I wasn't a fan of receiving half of my order and then being asked to pull up and wait for the rest while my food was left to get cold. If you're going to make someone wait in the drive-thru, please keep the order together and ensure it's served hot.
