I recently ordered dinner for delivery from this restaurant, and overall, it was a mixed experience.
The food was impressive, scoring a solid 4 out of 5. Each dish was flavorful and well-prepared, making for a satisfying meal.

Just went in to order and place is filthy. It took 20 min to get a large meal deal. It was sitting on counter for 5min and no one even acknowledged customers in the venue. I went up to counter and at one stage was the only one standing there then the manager “grey shirt” proceeded to serve a random girl who just turned up. They were very understaffed, unorganised and not to mention that the food was of less quantity. Could taste the weird oil on the chips and was bin worthy. Very disappointing. I had a delightful lunch experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and well-prepared, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was attentive and friendly, also deserving of a 4 out of 5. The atmosphere was inviting and enjoyable, contributing to a pleasant dining environment, so I’m giving it a 4 out of 5 as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this spot for a satisfying meal!
The coldest Macca's on the Gold Coast. Visited Pimpama Macca's today for a quick lunch, I should have remembered the last experience at this store.Order 124 lands on the counter and is lift there for 14 minutes while waiting for a drink to accompany it, same as last time very cold meal.

Why do they advertise being open 24 hours if they're constantly updating their system at night? I've been there twice, and both times they told me that the register was being updated and they couldn't take my order. This is really frustrating.
I don't understand why your muffins end up either burnt or undercooked when I specifically request them to be slightly toasted—this happens every time! They are simply not edible. Food: 1/5, Service: 3/5, Atmosphere: 3/5.
McDonald's is located on the coast, I believe! It's definitely not open 24 hours, which is disappointing. I've had the worst customer service there. They really need to have a reliable manager in charge!

The chips I had tasted overwhelmingly salty, almost like they had been soaked in salt water. Please, bestie, don't add so much salt next time!
Very clean and good service. I'm not the biggest fan for McDonald's but sometimes I go to get my coffee and end up buying a toasty .
