While the breakfast crew is always spot on, the nite crew was sorely lacking. I repeated my order six times. It was wrong each time. The most notable was them having me order a cheeseburger with no cheese. Who does that? Wouldn't you just order a hamburger? I finally just backed up and left. Just couldn't take it anymore.
I ordered a double-quarter fever and it had only one patty. Unfortunately it was a take-out and I found the problem only when I came home. How is it possible to screw such a simple order at all?
I didn't get what I commanded that I came back to tell the lady that she kept me calling her managerin. the manager was useless that she made the things worse. very bad customer service.
