I don't understand why the food from this place is always either cold or lukewarm. My McChicken, McDouble, and fries were all old and incredibly dry. I'm really disappointed and I won't be coming back! It seems like the management either doesn't care or is not paying attention. I don't care about their bonuses; they need to find workers who can do their jobs without constant supervision. Honestly, it's just not worth the risk of having such poor quality food.
I had order a number 7 meal and was not satisfied with what I received. First of all there may be a problem with the intercom and my reasoning is that I received a medium fry when I ordered a large. And this could have been a mistake but one of my cheeses burgers had all the toppings and sauces on the bun but the distracted workers served it to me without the pattie.
Another aspect that stands out is the apparent lack of care for their customers, particularly evident in the inadequate training provided to employees regarding friendly and welcoming service. There were no smiles, no expressions of gratitude for our visit—nothing at all. Isn’t it simple to say thank you for coming?
Trying to order was problematic. And then when our order was ready no said anything so we looked into the bag sitting on the stand and had to move the fries to see it was ours. Thank goodness it was ours after we touched it. And our server was wearing his mask over his mouth but under his nose Book a table now
As expected from a franchise restaurant, very clean and brightly lit with the McDonald's food we al know. I especially like the ability to order using the kiosk so I can tailor my meal exactly as I want AND they then bring it to your table!
Normally during the day it’s fast and organized. At night, drive through is way too long and workers are lazy and not professional. Multiple times I’ve been charged for things and they’re missing. Don’t go to this mcdoanlds.
I can only give it 3 stars because the helpfulness and positive attitude of the girl at the second window on Saturday (at 8:40 AM) made a difference in the experience.
Although one of the staff members was somewhat rude, I received my food quickly, so overall it was a satisfactory experience. Book a table now
