I ordered something and got completley another burger, i worked at a McDonalds so it isnt that hard to get it right, the staff ist way to incompetent and the wait time for so few persons inside is actually insane, i woul recomend to go somewhere else, also when i called to report that my nuggets were short one he just said that he dosen't belive me, why would i make this up, really poor customer service and really poor performance. I wanted to use the restroom before eating. Both toilets were without toilet seats – not because they were broken, but because these ceramics don 't have any holes for installing toilet seats. When I asked, an employee smoking outside with a mask pulled down under his chin told me this was standard practice. This saves money – and customers. Important: Other McDonald 's branches usually have normal conditions. I like going there, too.

Everything was not good, first I waited half an hour to order even though there was no customer, second I waited for my order for an hour, third I had to order takeaway and I live in Bodenheim and a lot of things are missing, I would not recommend Burgerking, it was nearby, why did I not order from Burgerking, never again at this place

I ordered through Lieferando, and they delivered something completely different than what I ordered. And it wasn't even worth the purchase price I paid. No one answered the phone, even after several attempts. I got a McPlant, a potato, and an ice cream instead of three other burgers!
The treatment has already gotten bad for some, and they no longer serve salt. If you want fries, you'll have to eat them without salt
Dirty even by McDonald's standards. Fries were well salted. They could probably spare some of that salt to clean the building.
The people there are overwhelmed. We waited 25 minutes for our food, and then, of course, something was missing.
