Don’t trust the McDonald’s at 3619 Wilkins Ave—poor management and a neglected location. I stopped by for a coffee breakfast while waiting for my car to be inspected. I ordered a coffee to go but was told I couldn’t stay. When I asked the man working if he was the owner or manager, he said yes, but I noticed a woman coaching him and asked to speak with her privately. She said she wasn’t aware of my situation and mentioned the service manager had been dealing with problems caused by vagrants throughout the day. I was at this McDonalds at about 12:10pm. I went through the drive through. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, when I pulled up to the window the drive through attendance took my card, she took a picture of my card with her phone, after swipingthe card multiple times. I confronted her on why she took a picture of my card but she vehemently denied it. I requested for amanager. For the third time in a row that I ordered apple pies at night after 10 pm through the drive thru I got expired pies. The first time didn't notice till I got home. The second time I did the same and forgot to check before I left. This time I checked. Itold the lady I wanted fresh pies and she said it would take 3 minutes and told me to pull up. After over 15 minutes I had toget out of my car and go get them because they forgot I was sitting outside.
The fast food experience heavily relies on customer service, and this restaurant excels in that area. Whether you’re using the drive-thru or dining in, you can expect excellent service. Additionally, they do a great job of assembling the food, a skill that seems to be fading in many places.

Easily one of the WORST McDonald's in Baltimore. From management down the entire staff is terrible. They treat customers terribly and I witnessed it firsthand. The manager berated a customer who had a complaint. Avoid like the plague!!!!!
Lovely place to eat. Food was delicious, well prepared that served hot. I love their chicken burger. Their customer service was excellent , you can never be disappointed. I'll be definitely come back here.
They had a bathroom that was very clean. The chicken nuggets were the best, and the delivery drivers were excellent.
Quick and pleasant! I used my mobile app, ordered and paid. Was in and out if the drive thru in about 4-5 minutes.
