I go to the McDonald’s drive thru around 10:30pm there are 5 cars ahead of me. When I finally get to the front of the line to order my food I’m waiting for another 10 mins for someone to take my order when I was already waiting in line for like 15-20 mins. No one bothers to say anything to me, so I’m like hello an employee tells me that they are closed. You have people waiting in line for like 30 mins just to tell them they are closed??? I think that is very unprofessional! If are closing you should’ve had someone come out and let us know and not have your customers waiting!!
I ordered 2 cheeseburger combo and instead I was charged for and was served something else that was a few dollars more. When I pointed that out they gave me the right order but refused to refund. I wouldn't fight over a few dollars but I can see how this may be very important for many people. I haven't been at a MCDonalds for a while and I doubt I'm coming back in the near future.
absolutely no quality control whatsoever. I understand establishment like this. you have a younger staff but it's the duty of the supervisor managers to make sure every order is up to quality over here. when you order for something you get. no napkins, no straws, no sauces even though I ordered 220 pieces. a Big Mac, two large fries. it's just unacceptable
Very friendly staff. Food was perfectly cooked and greeted customers with respect. The have ketchup on the counter and no need to ask unlike other Mc centers. I love to visit again and enjoy the respect every customer deserves. They have a huge parking space and restaurant is located next to a highway.Food: 5/5

my bf ordered, a double-square court, two mcdoubles and a speciality mcdouble. a four count nuggets and a big frit. that was the order. first we never received the double-square court . then the mcdoubles were not mcdonalds they were only cheeseburgers. very disappointed . so a beautiful place too.
biggest chicken sandwich I have ever tried to consume. I took a bite and had to spit it out, his definitiw no white meat-chicken breast, I'm not sure what that is. I put pictures, maybe someone can find out. I couldn't chew it, and it was difficult to cut with a knife. never again.
