Mar 10 2024: Manager sleeping at a lobby table. Nasty fat black girl with long red commercial here should not be working in the food industry. The owner needs to fire fat nasty ones and hire better looking workers and a manager who sleeps at work.Do not eat here. This location is filthy and nasty. Do not eat here!!!! The employees do not clean up at all with a real filthy drive thru window.
Easily the worst McDonalds in the area. Last two visits... The first one, when I opened the container carrying my burger it literally looked like someone had shaken the burger. It was a mangled mess. The second one, missing two items from my order and the other item was wrong. Avoid this
I ordered an ice cream cone using my points and immediately the staff started complaining about me ordering it. they didn't know I was right there hearing everything) I walked out after 15 mins after not getting what I ORDERED STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY POINTS RETURNED.
I'm often disappointed when I go to McDonald's at 2988 W Montague Avenue in North Charleston to get my milkshake. They rarely have it available, and it seems like they don't enjoy preparing it. Each time I visit, I end up having a subpar experience. Restaurant #28877. Book a table now
The service was great but the food, my son and I ordered drive thru, he's was already eating his food we ordered two QP's deluxe no onion and no tomato I took a bit of my QP and damn if it wasn't the best sandwich I have ever had from a McDonald's and my son agrees.
The wait time was incredibly long; it took forever to get through the line. Overall, a disappointing experience.
I haven't eaten fast food in a long time, and I found it to be significantly overpriced.
