I hadn't been to this McDonald's in years, and I was pleasantly surprised by all the updates. They've installed four self-order kiosks where you can place your order, and they accept both cash and credit cards. If you decide to eat in, they provide a buzzer for your table so the staff knows where to bring your food—what a great idea! The play area has been renovated, and there are more tables and larger windows, giving the entire space a bright and airy atmosphere. Plus, they have a large parking lot, and it's conveniently located near the Broadway stop on the N train.
Shady place after midnight. After a certain time they do cash only. I asked if I can do mobile app order and they said no. Im like ok, let me get mcchicken, I get to front counter and the lady tried charging me $4 for a mcchicken, I?m like it?s $2.79,why you charging me $4. Probably stealing money and having customers pay cash. Need to hire new people.
Thought I could grab a quick breakfast and go on with my day, but was totally dissatisfied with the entire staff. I ordered a plain Egg McMuffin and clearly stated that the bacon be omitted. However, the manager is either too lazy or too idiotic tomanage one of the easiest orders. Will not be going back because clearly they lack competence.
This is a typical McDonald's with all the essential features for enjoying a meal. However, when students from nearby schools come in, it gets quite noisy, and their use of vulgar language can be unsettling. It can be quite intimidating to visit at those times. Additionally, people tend to be very loud while using their phones!

It's fast they are friendly. The girl and the guy at the drive-thru are friendly food is always good and warm don't have an issue. Maybe just keep the parking lot abit cleaner but over all food is good.
Managers are useless. Everyone does whatever they want. It's like they don't want to be there. Gotten expensive and takes forever to recieve your order.
Service is slow to non existent. And for the wait food quality was **** poor. I could have used my fish sandwich as a spare tire
The customer service was very disappointing. The manager was quite rude and shouted at us.
