Overall, I had a satisfying experience with my takeout lunch. The food was delicious and deserves a solid four stars. The service was efficient and attentive, also earning a four-star rating. While the atmosphere was decent, it didn’t wow me, so I give it a three. If you decide to visit, don't miss out on the World Famous Fries—they're a must-try!
We ordered two Big Mac meals, and they were completely unappetizing. It seemed like someone had dumped an excessive amount of salt and pepper on each burger, making the first bite literally nauseating. The photo shows how I tried to scrape some of it off in hopes of being able to eat it. As for the service, it was decent. We ordered takeout for lunch, and the cost per person was around $20–30. I go here a few times a week and cleanliness on the soda machine was always questionable!! Today I stoped in and ended up with bugs in my drink!!! I have attached photos and I'm not sure if the bugs were inthe cup I was given or if they are present in the ice/soda machine!! I have made employees aware of mold prior to this incedent! Had an hour and 10 minute drive with the kiddos. Ordered through the mobile app. When we arrived the employees told us they were closed due to staffing issues. Guess now I will have to see how long it takes to credit my card. Also- no other food in the area. Had super disappointed hangry kiddos. Price per person: $30–50 Service: 1

When ordering something other than what's on the menu, you never get what you want. Angry people putting you food together. Ask for one simple change and everything is changed, more ketchup, more mustard, one big sloppy mess. And it happens over and over to me . It should be analyzed, very sad. Everything was good, except the store was very, very cold. We had to eat with our winter coats on and wound up packing most of our food and leaving. Didn't get items as ordered. Put onion and mustard on my quarter pounder. Gave me sweetened ice tea when I ordered unsweetened.
