The food was unappetizing, cold, and soggy. I ordered a hot chicken sandwich with cheese and sauce, and what I received was far from it. I can't recommend this fast food restaurant unless you're ready for the hassle of returning your order or just taking one bite and throwing it away—which is exactly what I did. I'm not a fan.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff was rude, and after waiting in my car for my order, they completely overlooked me. When I went inside to check on my food, they still forgot to bring it out. The manager and the staff were unhelpful and unfriendly. Not a great visit.
A bunch of incompetent kids working here. Making themselves drinks and food and eating as they’re working talking and playing. IT TOOK 45 minutes to get cookies. It took 15 minutes to get fries and a sweet tea. After asking three times what the hold up was, I was finally informed they were brewing the tea. No communication from staff and the worst sweet tea I've ever had from McDonald's. Staff was very busy flirting with each other Book a table now
This was my first time back at this McDonald’s in years and I can honestly say I was satisfied with everything from the service to the food. I went through drove thru. I was amazed. This is by far the best McDonald’s I’ve been to
Really poor customer service. Only a few young ladies during the week that is great. Managers are horrible except the older lady I see in the mornings. Everyday and everyone is not bad but the majority is.
It was quite a good experience overall. The staff was friendly, and I would rate the food a 4 out of 5, the service a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere a 5 out of 5.
Missing item and had to send back to prove missing item. Had to repeat order several times. But did reive correct order eventually Book a table now
It was McDonald's drive thru they always seem to keep the order time to pulling away with your food time down to 5 minutes.
