I placed a mobile order and noticed that it was taking quite a while for them to prepare it. When I got to the pick-up window, I mentioned my mobile order, but the staff looked confused. They informed me that I needed to go inside, which I did after asking what the problem was. Once inside, another employee stopped me and told me that my order had been canceled and that I would receive a refund in a few days. I really hope that's true. Every time I visit this location, there seems to be an issue—either something I ordered is missing, or they mix up my order with someone else's. This forces me to go inside to resolve the situation and get the correct items. It's quite frustrating.
