I'm honestly perplexed by the day shift staff at this restaurant. They never seem to have a smile on their faces or show any interest in providing good service. It's like they struggle to read what's on the screen. I placed a mobile order for at least 15 packets of ketchup because this McDonald's seems to assume no one needs ketchup for their fries. However, when I picked up my order, I found none in my bag. When I asked for ketchup, I was given just three packets! How is that enough for a large fry and a Big Mac? I truly don't understand how someone can be so careless.
If I could give less than 1 star it would be too much. This McDonalds is arguably the worst restaurant I have ever been too. Drive thru took 30 min. Caramel Machiato Machine is broken. They could not make an egg mcmuffin because the toaster kept catching on fire. We ordered coffee and it was an additional 15 min for coffee. Out of Ketchup, had to beg for jelly and was refused napkins. The vanilla iced coffee I received was purely syrup and ice-undrinkable. I have never seen anyone mess up a McDonald's breakfast like that. Avoid at all costs.
The staff was SO nice here! We were visiting from out of town, and the lady who took my order was superb! She alerted me on a deal that I had no clue about. The lady at the window telling me about my food was nice, and the lady that delivered the food to my car was super nice!!! The food was hot and fresh, and my order was accurate. It allowed for a smooth ride home, as we had about 3 more hours to go. With their bellies full and hearts satisfied, my kids fell asleep, and I was able to coast us on home!
The women's restroom was not clean; there was no toilet paper available, and the floor was soaked with used toilet paper. As for the burger, it was disappointing. If the kids hadn't been so hungry, we would have chosen to leave instead.

Staff were too busy talkin to each other to even see us ordered on the kiosk and when they brought food out didn’t give me cups and told me I can go to the counter to get it. Felt like they didn’t really care enough to be bothered.
Traditional McDonald's experience and food. We used the order ahead app with curbside pickup. The process was easy, and the location is very close to interstate.
The place was clean, but not everyone was friendly. I ordered fries and burger. The fries taste as if they were old or cooked old grease. Very disappointing.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! they took forever , got our order wrong multiple times and they were very rude. DO NOT GO HERE I REPEAT!!!!

Oil for french fries and fish fillets needed to be changed!! Fries tasted old due to the oil.
