I love the service in this store, but when it is busy, the drive is disorganized thru. It is irritating when I confirm the drink and they say yes and it is wrong. If you don't know, don't say yes! But that's strike two, another one, I'll go to another store. As a rule, the morning rush hour crew is excellent, so I give them a 5 star!
McDonald's leads the way to make fast food order faster, with several ways of ordering. There is the counter, in-store kiosk, go through, and mobile app.
We come here every week for breakfast the past few years and today they want to charge us for hot water and per the manager it?s their policy.
