As service goes this was the worst experience with Macdonald’s we have had. We ordered a salad and got no fork, which although surprising for a restaurant, can happen. But when asked for a fork, in English in this international food chain, and the waiter pretends he does not understand what is meant, that is annoying. On top of that: the French fries were not cooked properly and were cold. So with almost twenty euros lighter we had a bad experience.
Of course, getting in is great, and I also find the order computers great. But I don't like stopping at the store. I guess I'm just too old for the noise that prevails there or you come to breakfast, then it's quiet:
No breakfast no star. Sorry, the only reason I visit a McDonald's is the breakfast.
