I ordered for a group of seniors with various health issues. This particular location was out of sugar packets which resulted in sugar being added to beverages that did not request sugar. Otherwise, the sandwiches were made fresh and hot. Drive thru IS NOT open 24 hours. Did a mobile order at 0321. Went thru the Drive Thru and spoke with the manager at 0328. Was told I'd have to wait until 0420 to wait to get my food. Had I known, I would've selected another McDonald's on the way. Ijust hope I can get a refund and didn't waste the time and money (Update I was able to cancel my order so it was not charged,but still wasted about 20 minutes)
Spent over $30 to be missing items extra fish and sauces for nuggets which they were told what favors. Plus stolen 91 cents and called it a RMHC Donation which I know about or mentioned to me. They also don't know the difference between light ice drinks. I would love to here back from someone because this is my neighborhood McDonald's and am starting to lose confidence. Service: Takeaway
The atmosphere was completely ruined due to the unwelcome and inappropriate use of vulgar language from an incredibly loud and obnoxious customer and his group. We intended to enjoy a meal, but we ended up leaving after being subjected to such profane language. It felt like a very unwelcoming environment. Book a table now
First of all terrible service the manager is racist and when i requested ketchup she said don't speak Mexican to me, Mexican is my native language, I am using Google translate. I saw one lady lick ice cream off her fingers major issues with this placedon't go here
This place is terrible.. credit card machine is always down. I have been charge different prices for the same meal several times. It has randomly just been closed several mornings. Slow and often understaffed

The managers here do not do a good job of teaching the employees about customer service and experience. I do not blame the employees, but management.
