When I went through the drive-thru, the staff member who took my order clearly wasn't having a good day, which really set a negative tone for my experience. It made me wonder about the atmosphere in the kitchen and whether my food would be prepared well. Fortunately, my meal turned out fine and was to our liking, despite the smaller size of the Big Mac. However, I likely won’t be stopping here again, even though I frequently pass by. I would rather drive a bit further to find a better option.
I had the worst customer service experience! We went through the drive-thru, and the employees were rude and should really pay attention to their tone. When I called to speak with the manager, I was shocked to find that they also had a bad attitude. I couldn't understand where all this negativity was coming from. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever encountered!
As someone following a strict diet, I often find it challenging to order fast food because of communication issues. However, that’s not the case at this location. They consistently get my order right, and when they do make a mistake, they are quick to address it with a friendly attitude. This is by far my favorite McDonald's drive-thru!

Typical McDonald's with the standard menu. What stood out was the service. The drive through was full, but the young man addressed us courteously to took our order and delivered the food within a couple of minutes. I appreciate the that the theyoung man treated us with respect and took care of us expeditiously.
I went in for a filet fish, got a large fry, a cheeseburger and some nuggets. The filet fish was nasty, it was like they changed up the fish patty along with the tartar sauce. Everything else was ok. The girl working wasn't friendly. What I've noticed is customer service has gone down the toilet.
Extremely disappointing. It's frustrating that fast food like McDonald's is already unhealthy, but then to encounter rude employees on top of that is unacceptable. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
I ordered through Uber Eats and unfortunately, I didn't get my large HiC. The fries were cold, the McChicken was unpleasant, but the cheeseburger was just alright. Book a table now
